ORDERS AND PAYMENT
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Maestro, UnionPay, and PayPal.
Can I use more than one method of payment on an order?
We only accept one method of payment per order.
When will payment for my order be taken?
Payment is taken when the order has been processed and is ready for dispatch. A confirmation email will be sent when the order has been processed.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
To amend or cancel an order please contact pamet.jinru@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or amended if it has already been processed for dispatch.
What if I am interested in a product that is not on the website?
Items that are not shown on our website may be still available in stock and can be purchased via our mail order service. Please contact pamet.jinru@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Orders can be sent to any address however multiple delivery addresses cannot be used on the same order. Please also note that if the gift wrapping option is selected at checkout, all items in your order will be wrapped together. If you would like items to be wrapped separately, you may either place separate orders or contact pamet.jinru@gmail.com with your request. Additional packaging fees will apply, and we will provide a separate invoice for these charges.

How is my order shipped?
- NETHERLANDS
Standard Delivery, 1-3 working days, €4,99.
Free Delivery for orders €49,99 and above.
Orders are shipped via PostNL.
- EUROPE UNION
Standard Delivery, 5-7 working days, €9,99.
Free Delivery for orders €79,99 and above.
Orders are shipped via DHL. Countries included: Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
- INTERNATIONAL
Standard Delivery, 7-14 working days, €19,99.
Free Delivery for orders €119,99 and above.
Orders are shipped via DHL. Regions included: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.
Please note that Standard Delivery times may take a little longer during sale periods.
Pamet is not liable for shipping delays after items have been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email with the courier tracking number will be sent once an order has been dispatched.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We will refund any unworn or unused items purchased online and returned in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. Please note items purchased online cannot be exchanged either online or offline.
For offline purchases, we will exchange or issue a credit note for items returned with proof of purchase and in their original condition within 28 days of purchase.
We do not accept the return of earrings.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
To return an order please contact pamet.jinru@gmail.com as soon as possible.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
For faulty items we will refund the cost of shipping. For non-faulty items the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER TO OFFLINE?
Online orders and mail orders can be returned to us offline. Please ensure that an email to pamet.jinru@gmail.com has been sent and that return items have been carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. Please also ensure that the original order number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once received, we aim to process returns within 10 working days. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once processed, refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5 working days.
