TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO SALES OF PRODUCTS
A description of the main characteristics of the Products is available on the Website and in your Order Confirmation. Prices include VAT (for applicable regions) and exclude delivery costs unless otherwise specified. All contracts will be in English.
CONTRACT
Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase the Products. Upon receiving your order, we will send an Order Confirmation by email, and the contract will become effective. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the Product.
PRICE
All prices on the Website are inclusive of local VAT (if applicable) and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is an error in the pricing, we reserve the right to correct it and will contact you to confirm before processing your order.
DELIVERY
We deliver Products within the Netherlands, EU, and selected international locations. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and customs duties and import fees may apply for international shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the Product, provided it is in its original condition. If you wish to return a faulty Product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

All content on this Website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Pamet. You may view and print content for personal use only. Any other use, including copying or reproducing any part of this Website without our permission, is prohibited.
